Premium Event Management & VIP Coordination

Collaborating with the luxury catering house Nathalie Gourmet Studio, I drove full-cycle project management and high-pressure operational execution for two major corporate events, each hosting 430 VIP guests.

The Cultural Night. Managed a dynamic, high-end cocktail and buffet format featuring sophisticated grazing tables, interactive live chef stations, and synchronized circulating trays. The experience showcased modernized, upscale interpretations of traditional Malaysian cuisine.
The Gala Dinner. Orchestrated a seamless transition from an elegant standing cocktail reception to a formal seated multi-course dinner. This required rigorous pre-event coordination, handling menu selections and complex dietary restrictions, and the on-site management of a large-scale hospitality team of over 60 service staff to deliver a flawless fine-dining experience.

From strategic planning to real-time floor logistics, my mission was to uphold the impeccable standards of luxury hospitality while ensuring a seamless, sophisticated guest experience.

Sustainable F&B Management & Large-Scale Leadership

As the Food & Beverage Manager for the inaugural AlterCOP30 Malaysia, I designed and executed a fully sustainable, zero-waste catering experience for over 620 attendees under a strict budget and last-minute volume shifts.

Cora impressed by her ability to manage the entire process from end to end. She combined strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a rare ability to create meaningful experiences. She was a genuine pleasure to work with: accessible, joyful, energetic, and deeply collaborative.

  • Eco-responsible innovation. Spearheaded a 100% sustainable food program featuring delicious vegetarian menus crafted from food surplus, 100% reusable foodware, and zero single-use plastics.
  • Community impact. Orchestrated a seamless, same-day redistribution loop, ensuring all leftover meals were successfully delivered to B40 families around Kuala Lumpur.
  • End-to-end leadership. Managed the entire process from budgeting and strict cost control to vendor selection, assembling a purpose-driven network of caterers, contractors, and non-profit organizations.

My name is Cora. My family and I have been living in Malaysia for over two years. Prior to moving to Asia, I spent twelve years working for a major french Oil & Gas company.

My background and previous corporate roles have sharpened my analytical skills in running large-scale projects, while navigating multiple international environments has fostered my deep listening and adaptive capabilities.

I am often described as a radiant individual.

I approach every project with authentic enthusiasm, naturally transmitting this positive energy to create a collaborative and harmonious atmosphere.
